2015 saw the revival of the Lord Mayor’s Ball at Portsmouth Guildhall – this year held on Valentine’s day and supporting a number of charities.
Guests in black ties and spectacular dresses arrived on the red carpet, had their portraits taken (by Serge and Anina) and were treated to the band of HM Royal Marines while they dined.
Compere Steve Kingsley worked with the Lord Mayor, Steven Wylie, to deliver after-dinner games, and the charity auction gave way to an amazing set by the band, filling the dancefloor with guests aged 18-80.
A fantastic return of this much-loved event, sure to be repeated in the future.
